Abstract: 

New FORMING processes should be capable of manufacturing complex and high quality components in addition to low production costs and high production speeds. The gas pressure FORMING process is one of the methods used in FORMING these parts. In this research, the formation of Al-A356 alloy sheet in incomplete cone with gas pressure process has been studied numerically and experimentally. In general, it can be said that the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of parameters such as the ratio of diameter to height of the die, angle, temperature and pressure. In order to determine the effect of parameters, filling the corners of the die and distributing the thickness of the parts under different pressures has been investigated. Also, for simulating validation, the simulation results were first compared with experimental tests. The results show that the MOLD filling will improve around 15% by increasing the pressure from 1 bar to 8 bar. However, is reduced to less than 0. 5 mm. Although, the MOLD filling increased by decreasing of the ratio of diameter to height but the critical thickness of the sheet is decreased around 14%. It was also found that for having a proper MOLD filling, it is necessary to increase the pressure value around 25% when the cone angle decrease from 30º,to 0º, . The results also showed that by increasing the temperature from 350°, C to 550°, C, the required pressure for filling the MOLD decreased from 8 to 2 bar.

Abstract: 

تا دو دهه قبل طراحی قالب با روش حدس و خطا جز بزرگترین معضلات قالبسازان به حساب می آمد. از طرفی برطرف نمودن عیوب قالب پس از راهاندازی آن و مشاهده معایب قطعه تولیدی نیز هزینه های بیشتری را متوجه سازندگان قالب و تزریق کاران صنعت پلاستیک می کند. امروزه صنعت قالبگیری به سمت استفاده از آخرین تکنولوژی به شکل برنامه های کامپیوتری که چگونگی جریان سیال درون قالب و خنک سازی و سایر قسمت های قالبگیری تزریقی را شبیه سازی می کند هدایت شده است. با استفاده از نرم افزارهای پیشرفته امروزی می توان هزینه های بالای نیروی انسانی، آزمون های پیاپی عملی، مواد، دستگاه، مشکلات احتمالی و زمان حصول نتیجه در پژوهش های صنعتی را به حداقل رساند. نرم افزار MOLD Flow یکی از قدرتمندترین و کاربردیترین نرم افزارهای مهندسی است که در شکل دهی تزریق پلیمرها به کار می رود و قابلیت طراحی قالب، پیش بینی معایب قطعات تزریقی و حصول به شرایط بهینه فرآیند را دارا می باشد. در این مقاله سعی شده است بدون استفاده از روش سعی و خطا و با توجه به کارایی بالای نرم افزار MOLD Flow در فرآیند تزریق، سیکل تولید سپر پراید کاهش یابد و در نهایت هزینه های ذخیره شده در تولید این قطعه گزارش شود بدین ترتیب که پس از طراحی قطعه و ورود آن به نرم افزار، قطعه مش بندی شد. سیستم خنک کاری و راهگاهی مطابق شرایط موجود طراحی گردید و پس از انجام انواع آنالیزها در شرایط فرآیندی مختلف، زمان تولید سپر از 89 ثانیه به 72 ثانیه کاهش یافت.

Abstract: 

Alluminum Alloys have important applications in recent years. In this paper we discuss explosive FORMING of aluminum alloy plates and effects of different parameters such as thickness, radius of MOLD, so as to monitor the effects of these parameters on velocity, deformation and stress. what we gain matches with existing valid results to an acceptable level.

Abstract: 

The aim of this paper is to develop a systematic method to analyze the effects of FORMING parameters on the quality of part formability and determine the optimal combination of the FORMING parameters for the sheet hydroFORMING process. In this paper, the effects of four important process parameters namely fluid pressure, friction coefficient at blank/punch interface, gap between die rim block and blank holder and die entrance radius in the process of hydrodynamic deep drawing assisted by radial pressure (HDDRP) were determined. A Finite Element (FE) model was developed for simulating the HDDRP process. After validation of the developed FE model by experimental results, by combining FE simulation with Taguchi method and using the analysis of variance test, the effect of mentioned parameters on the formability of the hydroformed cups was investigated. The applied materials were pure copper and St14 steel sheets. The results of analysis indicated that for both cases of maximum thinning ratio at the constant value of cup draw depth and maximum accessible draw depth, fluid pressure has the greatest influence on the formability of part in sheet hydroFORMING process. Moreover, using rough punch, having smaller gap between die rim block and blank holder or increasing the die entrance radius, the formability of sheet will improve.

A modern tire combines up to 300 different chemical elements, including organic and inorganic, natural and synthetic. During production, there are various processes such as mixing, rolling and extrusion. Then, MOLDing and vulcanization inside special MOLDs brings the final shape of the rubber. Because the surface quality of the MOLDs strongly affects the quality of the tire, MOLD cleaning is an essential aspect of all tire production and cleaning methods are constantly evolving. This research proposes a global evaluation of tire MOLD cleaning systems including unusual solutions such as multi-axial robots for laser or dry ice cleaning or ultrasonic cleaning that uses cavitation. Special attention has been paid to the use of spring vent in MOLDs industrially and how they affect the quality development of final products.
